Kevin Kolben
Senior Associate, Workers Rights Program
Joined the Lawyers Committee in 2003.

As a senior associate in the Workers Rights program, Kevin Kolben researches and advocates for mechanisms and institutions that can protect and enforce workers’ rights in a global economy.

Prior to attending law school Kevin was a labor organizer for several U.S. unions, working on campaigns in Washington D.C., Texas, and California. He has worked extensively in South and Southeast Asia on labor rights and labor law issues, and has consulted for various workers rights organizations including the AFL-CIO’s Solidarity Center and the International Commission for Labor Rights.
Kevin holds a B.A. (1994) from Oberlin College, and a J.D. and M.A. (2002) in South Asian Studies from the University of Michigan.
