David Danzig
Deputy Director, Communications
Joined the Lawyers Committee in 2002

As Deputy Communications Director, David helps manage the day-to-day operations of the communications department. He serves as a primary point of contact for journalists covering issues relating to human rights and is the editor of the Lawyers Committee’s website.

Before joining the Lawyers Committee, David was a journalist for daily and weekly newspapers in New Jersey. He also spent three years working on Capitol Hill as a Press Secretary and Legislative Director. David graduated from Haverford College (1992).
